UK DELIVERY INFO
All UK orders with a value of under £100 are posted via Royal Mail 24/Tracked 48 (these services aim to arrive within 1-3 business days)
More expensive orders are posted via Tracked 24 (aims to arrive within 1 business day) or Special Delivery Guaranteed, depending on the size and value of your order.
For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via Special Delivery Guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.
US
All standard orders to the US are sent from the UK via USPS (usually takes 4-8 business days). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you along with a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery on the USPS website.
For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via FEDEX (1-2 business days).
EUROPE
All standard orders to Europe are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service, and usually take 5-8 business days to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you along with a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website. Once your order has arrived in the destination country, you can also obtain more detailed tracking information on the national postal service website of that country.
For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via FEDEX (1-2 business days).

All standard orders to Australia are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service and usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

LATE DELIVERIES
Keep in mind that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, as items may experience delays in transit due to customs clearance, depot processing, and missed deliveries.
If your delivery is over 7 days late (10 days for international orders), please contact us for assistance. Normally a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left.
For UK orders, we cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after dispatch since that's when Royal Mail considers items lost.
For international orders, the package goes through multiple postal services. We cannot assure specific delivery times as it is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance, which can take up to 2 weeks. As a result, we require a waiting period of 25 working days after dispatch before we are able to issue refunds or replacements for items.
