Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are dispatched within one business day until 2.30pm (GMT). All orders thereafter are processed on the following business day. Business days exclude UK bank holidays and weekends.

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method, however, you can also view prices on the Shipping Information tab on a product's detail page.

Please note estimated delivery times are not guaranteed as items may be delayed in transit due to customs clearing, depot processing and missed deliveries.

 

UK DELIVERY INFO

All UK orders with a value of under £100 are posted via Royal Mail 48/Tracked 48 (these services aim to arrive within 2-3 business days)

More expensive orders are posted via Tracked 24 (aims to arrive within 1 business day) or Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, depending on the size and value of your order.

For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.

 

US

All standard orders to the US are sent via USPS (usually takes 4-8 business days). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you along with a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery on the USPS website. 

For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via FEDEX (1-2 business days).

 

EUROPE

All standard orders to Europe are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service or Deutsche Post Tracked, and usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you along with a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery on the Royal Mail or Deutsche Post website. Once your order has arrived in the destination country, you can also obtain more detailed tracking information on the national postal service website of that country.

For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via FEDEX (1-2 business days).

 

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

All standard orders to Australia and New Zealand are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service and usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via DHL Express (2-3 business days). 

 

ASIA*

All standard orders to countries in Asia are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service and usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

For an additional fee, you can also opt to have your order sent via FEDEX or DHL Express (2-3 business days). 

*The countries we ship to in Asia are China, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and United Arab Emirates

 

LATE DELIVERIES

If your delivery has been delayed for more than 7 days (10 days for international items), please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often, a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left.
